Mission Statement

The department of Management/HR strives to preserve and bring out the talent of the students by optimizing their potentials in an exemplary intellectual environment to create leaders of tomorrow. It equips them with knowledge, skills, and practical experience through empowerment, introspection, and interaction. The institution through its MBA Program is committed to instill in each student a desire to learn, accept challenges, and develop an enquiring mind essential for making a difference in the dynamic global business scenario; in fact in all facet of their lives and communities they become part of.

Business Prospects and Job Market

The employment of IoBM graduates spread through many jobs in various career fields. Overall, employment opportunities for qualified managers are expected to be excellent in the national and multinational organizations. Total jobs in management are also expected to increase in 2025, which is higher than the average for most positions. Projected growth does vary according to industries. For example, significant opportunities are expected in service and manufacturing industries, especially in Finance, HR, Marketing and Supply Chain.

The degree programs in Business Administration are a management-focused program that develops skills through course work in Management, Strategic Management, Organizational Behavior, Strategic Human Resource Management, Business Startups, and Entrepreneurship. Graduates should be prepared for a variety of entry-level positions in the broad career field of business. They will have the necessary skills to lead and supervise people, organize tasks, solve financial and organizational problems in business, local and state government, Multi-national and National Business Organizations, with innovative and creative approach. Business opportunities will improve with global scene changing with formation of new business blocks and creation of new geo-political alliances in Asia, Russia, and China. For example Chinese Trade Corridor through Pakistan.

Emphasis are also given to subject like corporate governance in line with requirement of International Forum of Corporate Governance and Corporate Social Responsibilities (CSR). The curriculum in business ethics focuses on evaluating ethical doctrine and practices in relation to business and non profit organization
